“Perfect Game” is a well known scouting organization that provides scouting reports
on young baseball players, playing throughout the NCAA, Collegiate Summer Leagues
and various High School divisions. It makes “perfect sense” for “Perfect
Game” to start a league of their own. The new “PGCBL” began play in 2011, taking
many of the teams that had made up the Eastern Division of the NYCBL or New York
Collegiate Baseball League. The league began with 8 teams and expanded to 10
until 2016 brought 3 more new teams in the Upstate New York region. |
