Brooks Stadium was originally built in 1948, and underwent several major renovations
during its journey to bring it to its current state, which is certainly remarkable.
(Though there is some controversy as to just how much the grandstand has
changed over the years to still be considered original). It is one of only 3
ballparks still standing from the old Kitty League and is a major part of the
league's history. |
