It's not just the Yankees that are represented in Monument Park. Popes are too! Pope John Paul II and Pope John Paul IV have both performed services here at Yankee Stadium. The each have a plaque in Monument Park. The most recent addition is to the police, firefighters and loved ones lost on September 11th.
