Privateer Park is a permanent part of the baseball history of New Orleans, and will
always be the beginnings of the Zephyr's history in the Big Easy. The aluminum
stadium was certainly a pleasant enough place to see a ballgame during its existence,
but even UNO felt it needed an upgrade. In 2008, Privateer Park will
be completely replaced by a new and more improved Privateer Park II. |
