Quebec Provincial League Class B |
The Quebec Provincial League was the first Quebec based professional Minor League
since the failed 1924 effort of the Quebec-Ontario-Vermont League. Unlike that
effort however, the QPL was based solely in Quebec. Unfortunately, the Quebec
Provincial League wasn't much of a success either. In fact, the six team league
only lasted one season. We're not sure why the QPL failed after only one year,
but we suspect it was due to the upcoming Canadian entry into WWII. Here are all
of the ballparks of the QPL, most brought to you by the donations of Daniel
Papillon - Quebec Chapter of SABR. |
