After Halliwell Park I was completed in Pocatello Idaho in 1939, the WPA built another ballpark in Idaho Falls Idaho, with the same exact design as Halliwell Park. This sister stadium served the Pioneer League from 1940 to 1979. The first team to utilize Highland Park was the 1940 Idaho Falls Russets, who played for the Class C Pioneer League as members of the New York Yankees organization.
