The Eskimos only last 2 seasons and never held an affiliation. In 1955 the independent Western Canada League was back in full swing, and the Eskimos joined with Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, Lloydminster, Regina and North Battleford. Edmonton would play on and off for the WCL until its demise in 1964.
