even shocked to find out that Wrigley Field in Chicago once had a perfect twin.
Wrigley Field II made its debut in Los Angeles in 1925, 11 years after the first
Wrigley Field made its debut in Chicago in 1914. This clone was commissioned
by the same Wrigley who owned the Chicago Cubs. It was built for the Pacific
Coast League as well for Spring Training purposes. |
