Historic Bowman Field first opened its doors in 1926, and is one of the oldest ballparks currently being utilized by affiliated Minor League Baseball. The first to to call this home was the Williamsport Grays of the New York Penn League. The Grays would play their first few seasons as a co-op team since there were very few affiliations at this time. In 1932, when Major League teams began to align with Minor League franchises, the Grays got their first PDC... the Cleveland Indians.
