Skylands Park was built in 1994, as the newest representative of the New York Penn League. The ballpark was placed in the Ross' Corner section of New Jersey… a rural outpost that seemed to have more barns than people. While many ballparks have "barns" as part of their outfield or concession motif, Skylands Park actually looks like one. Because of this, it is one of the more unique and beautiful ballparks in America today.
