The 1931 Broncos were thrilled to be in their brand new ballpark, they weren't however... very good. They would finish the season with a 59-91 record, 31 G's out of 1st place. Cowboy Jim Winford, Sig Broskie & Red Redmond would all go on to play some MLB ball. By 1932, Bartlesville had their problems ironed out and put together a respectable season. They were led by two stars... Future Reds speedster Ival Goodman (37 2B, 23 3B, 22 HR, .320) and future Bklyn Dodger /  Reds CF Johnny Rizzo (31 2B, 13 3B, 14 HR, .341). They helped Bartlesville put together a 77-53 record which put the Bronchos into the playoffs for the first time since moving into the new ballpark.
