Though the little "Grant Field" ballpark grew into a modern stadium in 1990, the ballfield it surrounded remained very much the same between the lines. The bases are all in the same places as is most of the stadium's views (which did change as Dunedin grew into a popular city surrounding the Clearwater/Tampa area). Since the rebuild, the ballpark has also gone through several un-sightly name changes... from simply Dunedin Stadium and Dunedin Stadium at Grant Park to the branded names of Knology Park and finally "Florida Auto Exchange Stadium"... perhaps one of the worst ballpark names in the history of baseball. Unfortunately corporate names are now a part of the game and this certainly proves it. We will for the sake of the rest of this gallery, refer to it simply as Dunedin Stadium as I cannot get myself to call by its current moniker any longer.
