Pompano Municipal Stadium is a rickety old ballpark that has some surprisingly historic roots, despite being nothing very special. Two separate grandstands that look nothing alike, make up most of the seating at this stadium. There is nothing at all anymore behind homeplate (That white tent is part of another facility). That press box and roofed grandstand has since been demolished. It amazes us that, with all that Florida has to offer in the historically (and still standing) ballpark department... that this is the place that got all the work.
