Taylor Memorial Field is a colorful, almost whimsical ballpark built by the WPA in 1940. It was created for one of Minor League Baseball's most storied teams, the Cotton States League's Pine Bluff Judges. It made its first Class C appearance in 1940 as host to the those Judges, a former Brooklyn Dodgers affiliation.
