By 1958, Robinson was nominated as the new 3B for the Orioles… where he would remain for 23 years, garnering 15 All-Star appearances, 16 Gold Gloves and an American League MVP Award. Those accomplishments were strong enough for immortality as Robinson would be enshrined into Major League Baseball's Hall of Fame... and it all began here at Scottsdale Stadium where Robinson first trained with the Major League club. Robinson wasn't the only HOF in camp either… Scottsdale Stadium I would play host to George Kell and Hoyt Wilhelm as well.
