Goodyear Ballpark

Goodyear Arizona

Spring Home of the
Cleveland Indians
Cincinnati Reds
Goodyear Ballpark was built in 2009 for an unusual alliance of Ohio's rival Major League franchises (well… rival in the fans minds perhaps, there is certainly no Ill will between these two teams). Ohio's Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians made this their new home as soon as it opened up in 2009 leaving behind their longtime affiliations with the state of Florida, moving west as part of the mass migration of teams leaving the gulf coast for the stable weather of Phoenix and ballparks that are located minutes from each other, rather than hours.
