Thomas Run Park

Aberdeen
Maryland

Former Home of the
Aberdeen Arsenal
Thomas Run Park was a temporary facility designed to scout out the Aberdeen area to determine if it was primed for minor league baseball. The Atlantic League had its eye for some time on this location and by placing a team here in Bel Air, they intended to see if the city of Aberdeen (3 miles away) would be willing to build a beautiful ballpark for the league. The city of Aberdeen as it would turn out couldn't have been more excited to have pro ball come to their town... maybe too much so.
