Hall of Famer Joe McCarthy was the big name for Toledo spending the final season at Armory Park and then coming to Swayne for the 1910-1913 seasons. By 1910, Swayne Field's first full season... the team was drawing over 165,000 fans... quite a lot for a Minor League team during this era.
