At the very top of the stadium sat the main "building" which housed the press box and broadcasters, as well as all concessions, bathrooms & services. It was basically the worst seat in the house because it was the furthest away from the action that you could get in the whole stadium. It did have however... A/C. The Oklahoma City sun can be rather warm in the summer and you were basically sitting in the middle of a concrete bowl, meaning if you didn't have sunblock, you would come out either baked or fried (low country cooking). If you were towards the front however... you didn't necessarily want to brave 32 rows of stairs to get to the only shady spot in the stadium.
